4-Hour Remote Readiness Academy
The "Great Reset" of 2020 revealed a critical shortage of 21st century ready workers. As a result, it has been determined retooling of yesterday's employee for today's ever evolving environments. Participants will be introduced to online collaboration tools facilitating all tiers of communication and workflow production (ways of getting things done) needs in today's technologically advanced environments.
As a result of participating in the Remote Readiness Academy, participants will have developed enhanced competencies of personal and professional benefit. At the conclusion of this 4-hour academy, participants will be prepared to successfully engage in remote, hybrid, or virtual spaces.
Overview: The 4-Hour Remote Readiness Academy is designed to equip participants with essential skills for navigating remote, hybrid, and virtual work environments. In the wake of the "Great Reset" of 2020, this program addresses the critical need for a workforce that is adept in collaboration, communication, and productivity within technology-driven contexts.

Phase 3: Next Generation Media Internship Program - Participants execute six episodes each for the Justice Beat Talk Show and Just-Us YOUth Talk Show, further solidifying their production, editing, and communication skills.
These 3 phases ensure participants are well-equipped for the evolving needs of the online media industry, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Through each step, participants will build practical skills and gain valuable experiences that prepare them for careers in media production.
