Who should attend?

Program participation is especially designed for certificate or degree seeking undergraduates, dislocated workers impacted by COVID-19 and/or lay-offs, high-school students/graduates, WIOA participants, SNAP participants, formerly incarcerated/reentry (adults/juveniles), Job Center clients, etc.

Refund Policy?

100% - If the student officially withdraws 72 hours before the official start date, program participant must notify the state agency responsible for paying program fee of their intent to withdraw. Please email enroll@workremotefirst.com to request a refund and a staff member will follow up with you.

75% - If program participant officially withdraws 48 hours before the first day of program participation, please email enroll@workremotefirst.com to request a refund and a staff member will follow up with you.

Cancellation- Refunds will not be given for program cancellation by the training provider. Training Provider will issue a credit for participation in a future offerings

Attendance Policy?

Absences disrupt students’ progress and diminishes the quality of group interaction. Program participants must attend 100% of program offerings to attain a certificate of completion/attendance.
